Study on the Mechanism of Horizontal Sand Mill on Coating Production Efficiency Improvement and Quality Control
The study analyzes the key equipment in the production process of automotive coating-horizontal grinding mill,discusses the influence of different grinding process,grinding medium filling,material feed pressure and variable feeding and other factors on the coating grinding efficiency and quality,etc.Through the analysis of experimental data,the rules between various factors are found out,and reasonable equipment process parameters are put forward,which provides the basis for the development of horizontal grinding mill production and operation process procedures,so as to ensure that the comprehensive performance of automotive coatings in the process of production and grinding dispersion meets the requirements of formula design.
