Research Progress on the Influencing Factors and Intervention Measures of Sarcopenia in the Elderly
Senile sarcopenia affects the quality of life of the elderly,and increases the risk of falls and fractures.The research on sarcopenia in China is still in the exploratory stage.Scientific diagnosis and active intervention and treatment of sarcopenia in the elderly have great significance for improving the quality of life of the elderly,and reducing the occurrence and development of complications.The study reviews the definition,harm,incidence ratio,influencing factors and intervention measures of senile sarcopenia,which can provide theoretical basis for Chinese scholars to further study the prevention and treatment of senile sarcopenia.
