富血小板血浆在骨科治疗中的研究进展——基于CiteSpace 6.4.R1的文献计量分析

富血小板血浆(PRP)在促进组织修复、减轻炎症反应和加速骨愈合方面展现出巨大潜力,成为近年来骨科临床治疗中的研究热点.使用CiteSpace 6.4.R1文献计量分析工具对PRP在骨科治疗中的应用进行系统分析,揭示该领域的研究热点与发展趋势.结果表明,PRP在骨科治疗中的研究呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是2016年以后发文量显著增加,2022年达最高峰.关键词分析显示,关节镜、骨关节炎和玻璃酸钠等出现频次最高,是骨科疾病的主要研究热点,腱骨愈合、关节功能和臭氧疗法等新兴研究方向逐渐兴起.通过关键词聚类分析,骨科治疗中的研究方向涵盖了关节镜技术、软骨损伤修复等多个领域.基于"Burstness"检测,肩袖损伤、臭氧和膝关节炎等研究热点在近年来逐渐增多,成为未来研究的新焦点,有望在跨学科整合、生物工程、纳米技术及精准医学等方面推动骨科治疗的创新与发展.
Research Progress of Platelet-rich Plasma in Orthopedic Treatment——Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace 6.4.R1
Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has shown great potential in promoting tissue repair,alleviating inflammation,and accelerating bone healing.It has become a research hotspot in orthopaedic clinical treatment in recent years.The study systematically analyzes the application of PRP in orthopedic treatment with CiteSpace 6.4.R1 literature metrology analysis tool,and reals the research hotspot and development trend in this field.The research on PRP in orthopedic treatment shows an increasing trend year by year,especially after 2016,the number of publications increase significantly,reaching the peak in 2022.Keyword analysis show that arthroscopy,osteoarthritis and sodium hyaluronate appear most frequently,and are the main research hotspots of orthopaedic diseases.Emerging research directions,such as tendon bone healing,joint function and ozone therapy,gradually emerge.Through keyword cluster analysis,the research direction of orthopedic treatment covers arthroscopy technology,and cartilage injury repair,etc.Based on"Burstness"detection,hot research spots,such as rotator cuff injury,ozone and knee arthritis,have gradually increased in recent years,and become new focuses of future research.It is expected to promote the innovation and development of orthopedic treatment in tinterdisciplinary integration,bioengineering,nanotechnology and precision medicine.
