Innovation Design of Self-cleaning Seawater Filter
Self-cleaning sea water filter is an important equipment in marine water system.Block will cause serious problems in the failure of system equipment operation:such as sea water pump wear,ship cooling out of control,and fire fighting,etc.The study analyzes the problems caused by self-cleaning sea water filter of a ship in the daily use process;finds out the causes of the failure;and optimizes the filter element component,elastic device and scraper structure,filter cleaning and blowdown interval,so as to solve the failure problem,reduce the labor intensity of the crew,and extend the maintenance cycle of the equipment.
