基于电磁感应加热的PSP管焊接装置的设计与实现

PSP钢塑复合压力管是我国近年来发展的一种新型管材,但传统的安装操作较繁琐,对施工工艺要求相对较高.设计了基于电磁感应加热的PSP管焊接控制装置,介绍了感应加热焊接原理,结合PSP管材特性给出系统总体框图及硬件电路,分析其软件控制算法.系统软硬件综合测试结果表明,设计的基于电磁感应加热的PSP管焊接装置焊接效果良好.
Design and Implementation of PSP Pipe Welding Device Based on Electromagnetic Induction Heating
PSP steel plastic composite pressure pipe is a new type of pipe developed in China in recent years.The traditional installation operation is more complicated and requires relatively high construction technology.The study designs a PSP pipe welding control device based on electromagnetic induction heating,introduces the principle of induction heating welding,proposes the system block diagram and hardware circuit through combining with the characteristics of PSP pipe,and analyzes the software control algorithm.The comprehensive test results of hardware and software of the system show that the designed PSP pipe welding device based on electromagnetic induction heating has good welding effect.
