便携式高精度三相功率测量仪关键技术研究

研制了一种便携式高精度三相功率测量仪,对其关键芯片、电路及原理进行分析.该仪器可测试三相交流电压、交流电流、交流频率、交流功率及交流相位等参数,应用RMS-TO-DC转换器LTC1968测量真有效值,应用16位A/D同步采样转换器LTC2324-16测量电压和电流,采用多周期同步测量法对频率进行测量,使交流电压和电流的测量准确度达到±0.02%,相位测量准确度达到±0.03°,频率测量准确度达到±1 ×10-7.测试准确度达到要求,完成了预期目标.
Research on Key Technologies of Portable High Precision Three Phase Power Measurement Instrument
The study discusses a portable high-precision three-phase power measuring instrument,and analyzes key chip,circuit and principle.The device can mainly test parameters,such as three-phase AC voltage,AC current,AC frequency,AC power and AC phase,etc.The RMS-TO-DC converter LTC1968 is used to measure the true effective value,and the 16 bit A/D synchronous sampling converter LTC2324-16 is used to measure voltage and current.The multi cycle synchronous measurement method is used to measure frequency,which can achieve an accuracy of±0.02%for AC voltage and current measurement,±0.03 ° for phase measurement,and±1 × 10-7 for frequency measurement.The test accuracy reaches the requirement,and the expected goal is achieved.
