Discussion on Control System Patent Technologies in Intelligent Manufacturing
The study explores the current status,development,and application of control system patent technologies in intelligent manufacturing;and analyzes the technology charateristics of quality control system of machine vision-based quality control system,including the evolution of light source technology,image sensor technology,and image processing technology,as well as the trend of patent application.Then the study reviews the application and patent development of self-decision and adaptive control technologies,IoT-based intelligent control technologies,and Al-driven intelligent control technologies.Through case studies,the study demonstrates the role of patent technologies in improving practical applications in intelligent manufacturing and their value in protecting innovation,setting technical standards,promoting technology sharing,and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.Finally,the study summarizes the challenges faced by control system patent technologies in intelligent manufacturing,such as technological barriers,high costs,talent shortages,and lack of standardization,etc.;and proposes strategies including the promotion of R&D innovation,talent development,standardization efforts and collaboration.In the future,control system patent technologies are expected to achieve further breakthroughs in intelligence,green production,standardization,and technology integration,so as to provide essential support for the sustainable development of intelligent manufacturing.
