分析了 BIM(建筑信息模型)技术在智慧工地领域的应用现状与发展态势,探讨了 BIM技术与智慧工地设计、成本、安全、物资、文明施工、进度控制、技术及现场等管理环节的相互影响与协同效应,针对BIM应用中存在的跨部门协同障碍与数据孤岛问题提出构建统一的BIM标准体系、引入BIM协作平台、实现模型跨平台互操作及强化专业人才培养与技术支撑等策略.设计了一个高度集成的BIM智慧工地系统架构模型,该模型不仅体现了 BIM技术的核心价值,也为智慧工地研究与实际应用提供了前瞻性的理论框架与实践指导.
Research on Smart Construction Site Integrated Architecture System Based on BIM Technology
The study analyzes the application status and development trend of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in the field of smart construction site,and explores the interaction and synergy of BIM technology on the design,cost,safety,materials,civilized construction,progress control,technology and on-site management of smart construction sites.In view of the cross-departmental collaboration obstacles and data islands existing in the current BIM application,the study proposes solutions,such as building a unified BIM standard system;introduces a BIM collaboration platform;realizes cross-platform interoperability of models;and promotes the training and technical support of professionals.Then the study designs a highly integrated BIM smart construction site system architecture model.The study not only embodies the core value of BIM technology,but also provides a forward-looking theoretical framework and practical guidance for the research and practical application of smart construction site.
