The development of prefabricated buildings is an important cornerstone of the transformation and reform of the construction industry.And prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode have significant advantages in the construction schedule and construction quality.The study analyzes the quality risk assessment process of prefabricated buildings under EPC mode;establishes the prefabricated building quality risk rating index system with the expert consultation method from four aspects:design risk,procurement risk,construction risk and other risks;assigns weights to each index by statistical average method;and proposes countermeasures for various building quality risk factors,so as to realize the effective control of construction project risk.
