摘要
基于Logistic回归模型对漳州市高职院校学生进行问卷调查,分析高职院校毕业生就业质量影响因素.结果显示,个人就业认知因素、个人能力因素、外部条件因素均会对大学生就业质量产生显著的正向影响,其中个人就业认知因素对大学生就业质量的影响相对较大.基于此,学生个人、政府、学校及家庭应形成合力,共同促进高职院校毕业生高质量充分就业.
Abstract
Based on the Logistic regression model,the study conducts a questionnaire survey among students of higher vocational colleges in Zhangzhou City,and analyzes the influencing factors of the employment quality of graduates from higher vocational colleges.The results show that personal employment cognitive,personal ability,and external condition all have significant positive impact on the employment quality of college students.Among them,personal employment cognitive factors have relatively greater influence on the employment quality of college students.Based on this,students,the government,schools and families should jointly promote high-quality and full employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges.
