全方位嵌入视角下城市民族互嵌社区治理的多重实践与创新

摘要
"全方位嵌入"作为民族互嵌格局发展的更高要求,为分析城市民族互嵌社区治理提供了分析框架.成长型、传统型、安置型、突生型四类民族互嵌社区因其互嵌程度和条件的差异而探索了各具特色的治理方式,呈现了治理实践的多重面相.贯穿于城市民族互嵌社区治理的创新路径包括:突显党的全面领导,融人民族政策要义;强调中华文化共性,消弭民族文化壁垒;强化社区共同体,构筑与中华民族共同体意识的紧密关联.
Abstract
As a higher requirement,"All-round embedding",provides an analytical framework for the governance of urban national embedding communities.Because of the differences of the embedding and condi-tions,the four types of the growing,traditional,settled and emergent ethnic communities have explored their own distinctive governance methods,presenting multiple aspects of governance practice.The innovative ap-proaches include:highlighting the overall leadership of the party,integrating the essence of ethnic policies;emphasizing the commonness of Chinese culture,eliminating ethnic cultural barriers;strengthening communi-ty,to build a close relationship with the Chinese national consciousness.
