The Path of Pastoral Modernization Under the Philosophy of Common Prosperity and Shared Development——Analysis of the Modernization of the Pastoral Area of Xin Barag Right Banner
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)identified"common prosperity"and"harmonious coexistence between man and nature"as the two basic features of Chi-nese modernization,and there is an inseparable relationship between the two.In the process of pastoral mod-ernization,we should adhere to the philosophy of people-centered development and take the road of common prosperity and shared development to build a harmonious and symbiotic relationship between man and nature.Eco-ethnology research advocates the construction of the symbiotic relationship between man and nature by ex-cavating and collating local knowledge,but most of them stay at the level of conception on paper.Therefore,based on the concept of common prosperity and shared development,this paper establishes a theoretical analy-sis framework of"sharing to promote symbiosis",and takes the Manglai Animal Husbandry Professional Coop-erative of Xinyouqi in Hulunbuir City and pastoral modernization pilot project of the"integrated development of seven villages"in Alatan Emole Town as cases to explore the element integration mechanism of sharing devel-opment to shape symbiotic units,to form symbiotic models,and to establish symbiotic systems.The study finds that the leadership organization of party building,the effective allocation of new collective economy and re-sources,and the sharing of benefits and collaborative governance provide the possibility for the modernization of pastoral areas where man and nature coexist in harmony.
