烟嘧磺隆与三种助剂可混性及对玉米田金狗尾草防效的研究

为了研究助剂对除草剂的增效作用,在室内进行了 40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆添加助剂试验,添加异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(HPP)、甲酯化植物油和迪增3种助剂,研究添加助剂后对除草剂表面张力、扩展直径、接触角的影响;在田间进行了 40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆与3种助剂桶混喷雾,调查对玉米的安全性及对金狗尾草的株数防效及鲜重防效。结果表明,40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆与各助剂混用后对玉米安全,40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆添加3种助剂后,药液表面张力下降、扩展直径提高、接触角下降。施药后30 d,40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆1。50 L·hm-2+迪增0。375 L·hm-2、40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆1。50 L·hm-2+甲酯化植物油0。525 L·hm-2的株数防效均在80%以上,鲜重防效均在90%以上。说明40 g·L-1烟嘧磺隆常规用量与高量的迪增和甲酯化植物油混用能够提高对玉米田金狗尾草的株数防效和鲜重防效。
Miscibility of Nicosulfuron and Three Adjuvants and Control Effect on Setaria glauca(L.)Beauv.in Maize Field
In order to study the synergistic effect of pesticide adjuvants on herbicides,indoor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of adding 40 g·L-1 nicotinuron with isooctanol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(HPP),methylated vegetable oil,and Dizeng as auxiliary agent on its surface tension,expanded diameter,and contact angle.The safety of maize and control effect of 40 g·L-1 nicosulfuron mixed with three kinds of auxiliary agent on the preventing effect for each plant and fresh weight of Setaria glauca(L.)Beauv.was investigated in the field.The results showed that the mixing was safe for maize,after added 40 g·L-1 nicotinuron as three auxiliary agent,the surface tension of the drug solution decreased,the expanded diameter increased,and the contact angle decreased.After 30 days of application,the each plant control efficacy of 40 g·L-1 nicotinuron 1.50 L·ha-1+Dizeng 0.375 L·ha-1 and 40 g·L-1 nicotinuron 1.50 L·ha-1+methylated vegetable oil 0.525 L·ha-1 were both above 80%,and the fresh weight control efficacy was above 90%.The results showed that the conventional dosage of 40 g·L-1 nicosulfuron and high amount of increasing and methylated vegetable oil could improve the plant control effect and fresh weight control effect on Setaria glauca(L.)Beauv.in maize field.
