Research on Recreation Satisfaction from the Perspective of Host-Guest Perception in Historical and Cultural Blocks—Taking Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Blocks as an Example
In tourism activities, user satisfaction with recreation is an important indicator to measure tourism develop-ment,and the different behavior patterns and cognitive perspectives between residents and tourists contribute to the differ-ence in recreation perception in tourist destinations.Taking the historical and cultural districts of Shangxiahang in Fuzhou as the research site, study the perceived expectations and satisfaction of users through IPA analysis and mathematical statistics, deeply analyze the differences in leisure satisfaction from the perspectives of residents and tourists. The results showed that:1)The cultural perception experience of the hosts and guests in the historical and cultural districts of Shangxiahang was the most significant, especially the gap between tourists'understanding of historical figures and stories and the feeling of folk customs was the largest and the actual experience was the largest.2)In the overall perceived demand, the perceived needs of residents matched the corresponding evaluations, while the feeling gap between tourists'expectations and reality was greater than that of residents.3)Tourists attach more importance to visual aesthetic perception than residents, and their sat-isfaction with cultural characteristics and commercial formats is much lower than that of residents.
