In view of the increasingly complex and highly technical and professional ecological environmental cases,it is urgent and legitimate to introduce the system of ecological environmental technical investigators to deal with the trial diffi-culties of ecological environmental cases.In practice,there are some problems in the system of eco-environmental technical investigators in China,such as the lack of perfect selection standards,the openness and effectiveness of technical investiga-tion reports,and the lack of detailed working rules of technical investigators.Based on the commonality of value,China's intellectual property technology investigator system can provide experience for the ecological environment technology investi-gator system.In order to promote its application,in the design of the rules,the selection criteria of ecological environmental technology investigators should be detailed,and the investigation report should be clarified as the reference of auxiliary tech-nology for trial.Procedures should be improved job responsibilities and supervision management rules to ensure the good op-eration of the system.
