摘要
2023年9月,习近平总书记首次创造性地提出了"新质生产力"概念,学术界迅速兴起一股研究热潮,已积累了较丰硕的研究成果.围绕"何以生成""内涵何谓""特征为何""有何价值""如何推进"等基本问题,重点从新质生产力的生成逻辑、科学内涵、主要特征、价值意蕴和推进路径等展开文献回顾和梳理.基于此,探索新质生产力研究的创新空间与深化进路,为后续研究提供学术基础与参考框架.
Abstract
In September 2023,during General Secretary XI JinPing's inspection and investigation tour in Heilongjiang,General Secretary put forward the innovative concept of"New quality productive force"for the first time and made an impor-tant instruction to accelerate the formation of new quality productive force.Since then,the academic community has sparked a heated discussion and in-depth research,and has accumulated a rich research achievement.The main research focuses on basic issues such as"how to generate","what is the connotation","what are the characteristics","what is the value",and"how to promote".Focus on literature review and sorting out the generation logic,scientific connotation,main charac-teristics,value implications,and promotion path of new quality productivity.Based on this,explore the innovative space and deepening approach of research on new quality productivity,and provide academic foundation and reference framework for subsequent research.
