摘要

运用SWOT分析法对中医药院校大学生劳动教育的现状进行深入剖析,探讨其优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,通过优化教育资源配置、创新教育模式、加强实践教学与理论研究的结合等方式,以期提升中医药大学生的劳动素养和综合能力,为培养新时代中医药人才提供有益参考.

Abstract

Using SWOT analysis to conduct an in-depth exploration of the current situation of labor education for college students in traditional Chinese medicine universities,discuss their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges.By optimizing the allocation of educational resources,innovating educational models,and strengthening the integration of practical teaching with theoretical research,it aims to enhance the labor literacy and comprehensive abilities of traditional Chinese medicine college students,providing valuable references for cultivating traditional Chinese medicine talents in the new era.
