The construction and application of CIPP evaluation system are of great benefit to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.At present,the evaluation system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has problems,such as the utilitarian tendency leads to the weakening of the evaluation status of ideological and political course teaching,One-sidedness evaluation leads to the simplification of the main subject of ideolog-ical and political course teaching evaluation,and the phenomenon of emphasizing result over process results in the static change of evaluation mode.College ideological and political education teachers should strengthen value guidance in goal ori-entation,practice the fundamental mission of cultivating morality and nurturing people,focusing on key issues in content el-ements,building a scientific and accurate assessment and evaluation system,highlighting efficient and balanced evaluation mechanisms,deepening diversified collaborative evaluation,emphasizing continuous improvement in optimizing feedback,enhancing the comprehensive effectiveness of education,meeting resource allocation requirements in input evaluation,im-proving comprehensive evaluation methods,promoting dynamic education in process evaluation,and highlighting the charac-teristics of ideological and political courses.
