Application of Project-based Learning Value-added Evaluation Model for Vocational College Students Under the Guidance of Disciplinary Core Literacy—Taking the Course of"International Business Document Practice"as an Example
To scientifically evaluate the progress of project-based learning among vocational college students,adopt em-pirical research methods,guided by the cultivation of subject core competencies,and apply the constructed value-added e-valuation model to explore the implementation process.The article is driven by teaching data and develops a measurement scale in the course project of"International Business Document Practice",quantify and score the indicators of core compe-tencies at all levels of the discipline,conduct a comparative analysis of the pre-and post tests of each node(starting point,first jump,second jump,third jump)for value-added evaluation,and give a grade judgment.Research has found that there are significant differences in the value-added of different students in various dimensions,but the overall average value-added of the class in various indicators of subject core literacy shows a steady upward trend.Research has shown that this value-added evaluation model can accurately assess students'learning value-added.Personalized tutoring and support adopted by teachers based on the value-added evaluation results can help students achieve positive value-added of subject core literacy and promote the comprehensive development of students'overall quality.
