Study on the Effect of Hypnosis Technique Combined with Analgesia on Maternal and Infant Outcomes during Spon-taneous Labor and Delivery
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined hypnosis technique and non-pharmacological analgesia on maternal and infant outcomes during labor. Methods:A total of 315 women admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 who were willing to deliver spontaneously at the time of admission were selected and divided into a control group(n=156)and an observation group(n=159)according to their individual willingness to choose their analgesic method. The control group was given conventional analgesia and the observation group was given a combination of hypnotic techniques and non-pharmacological analgesia devices.Maternal and infant outcomes in the two groups of deliveries were compared. Results:After the intervention, all deliveries in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=17.575,12.317,11.359,71.114,P<0.05).Labor pain at all stages of labor was significantly less than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=7.646,11.396,13.621,P<0.05).The smooth delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=21.453,P<0.05).The neonatal outcome was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group, and all emotional scores were significantly lower than in the control group, and all hemodynamic indices were significantly lower than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=34.330,20.998,43.589,20.335,19.225,17.060,P<0.05).Conclusion:During labor and delivery, the combination of hypnosis and non-pharmacological analgesia can reasonably shorten the duration of labor, reduce the degree of labor pain in each stage of labor, increase the rate of normal labor, improve neonatal outcome, reduce anxiety and other negative emotions during labor, stabilize vital signs, and protect maternal and infant outcomes.
