Analysis of the Efficacy of Hysteroscopic Myomectomy on Uterine Fibroids and the Effect on Local Microcirculation and Ovarian Reserve
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscopic electrosurgery of uterine fibroids in the treatment of uterine fi-broids.Methods:160 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the study, and the patients were divided into a control group(n=80)and a study group(n=80)according to the surgical protocol. The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy and the study group with hysteroscopic electrosurgery of uterine fi-broids.The surgical indexes, heart rate(HR),luteinizing hormone(LH),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and testosterone(T)levels before and 3 d after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The difference in operative time between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=1.227,P>0.05).Intra-operative blood loss, bed rest time, and hospital stay were less in the study group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.122,5.416,8.632,P<0.05).LH,FSH,SaO2,and T levels were higher in the study group than in the control group after treatment, with statistically significant differences(t=11.623,4.858,7.992,9.479,P<0.05).HR and SBP levels were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=10.864,11.093,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic electrosurgery for uterine fibroids has good and definite efficacy, which can effectively protect the ovarian reserve function of patients with uterine fibroids and reduce the impact of surgery on patients'circulatory function.
