Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery with floating needle in the treatment of gouty knee osteoarthritis.Methods:68 cases of unilateral gouty knee arthritis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic surgery on the basis of the treatment of Chinese patent medicines,and the observation group was treated with floating needle therapy therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The serologic indexes and joint func-tion scores of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups(χ2=0.731,P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid(UA),C-reactive pro-tein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those before treatment in both groups,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.100,3.094,2.354,4.372,P＜0.05).After treatment,the visual analog scores(VAS scores)and Lysholm knee scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(t=1.578,3.014,1.062,2.451,P＜0.05;t=1.623,2.011,1.132,2.017,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic sur-gery with floating needle treatment can significantly relieve patients'pain,facilitate the recovery of joint function,and improve pa-tients'experience and satisfaction with the treatment.
