Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Qishen Yiqi Drops in heart failure patients with coronary artery disease to provide a clinical basis.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with coronary heart failure admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the combination of Qishen Yiqi Drops on top of Western medicine.The changes of treatment effect,cardiac function(left ventricular end-diastolic volume[LVEDV],left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],cardiac output[CO],heart rate,anterior brain natriuretic peptide[NT-proBNP],6 min walking test),and quality of survival were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The clinical treatment effect of patients in the observa-tion group(86.67%)was higher than that of the control group(56.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.648,P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and LVEDV and NT-proBNP were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.489,3.510,9.566,P<0.05).The CO and 6 min walk experimental results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=7.900,11.122,2.302,P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had higher quality of survival scores for social,somatic,and role functions than the control group,with statistical-ly significant differences(t=5.743,5.547,6.649,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with coronary heart failure,combining Qishen Yiqi Drops with Western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve patients'cardiac function and regu-late LVEDV,LVEF,NT-proBNP and other indexes,thus improving their quality of survival.
