佐匹克隆联合奥氮平对精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及血清NF-κB、5-HT的影响研究

目的:探讨佐匹克隆联合奥氮平对精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及血清核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响.方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月新郑天佑中医院收治的82例精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例.两组患者均服用阿立哌唑治疗,对照组患者给予奥氮平治疗,观察组患者给予奥氮平联合佐匹克隆治疗,持续用药4周.比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、多导睡眠图(PSG)监测描记结果、血清NF-κB及5-HT水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生率.结果:治疗后,观察组患者PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.339,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者睡眠总时间、觉醒时间、REM睡眠时间、SWS时间均长于对照组,REM潜伏期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.211、4.433、3.821、4.404、2.709,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者NF-κB水平低于对照组,5-HT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.438、7.389,P<0.05).观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.518,P>0.05).结论:佐匹克隆联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者疗效更佳,可改善患者睡眠质量及血清NF-κB、5-HT水平,减轻其精神症状,且安全性高.
Study on the Effect of Zopiclone Combined with Olanzapine on Sleep Quality and Serum NF-κB and 5-HT in Pa-tients with Schizophrenia with Sleep Disorders
Objective:To investigate the effects of zopiclone combined with olanzapine on sleep quality and serum nuclear tran-scription factor-κB(NF-κB)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in patients with schizophrenia with sleep disorders.Methods:82 cases of schizophrenia with sleep disorder admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study sub-jects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with aripiprazole,the control group was given olanzapine and the observation group was given olanzapine combined with zopiclone for 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,polysomnographic(PSG)monitoring tracings,serum NF-κB and 5-HT levels,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.339,P<0.05).After treatment,the total sleep time,awakening time,REM sleep time,and SWS time of the observation group were longer than that of the control group,and the REM latency was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.211,4.433,3.821,4.404,2.709,P<0.05).After treatment,the NF-κB level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 5-HT level was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.438,7.389,P<0.05).The total clinical effectiveness rate of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.518,P>0.05).Con-clusion:Zopiclone combined with olanzapine has better efficacy in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia with sleep disor-ders,which can improve patients'sleep quality and serum NF-κB and 5-HT levels,and alleviate their psychiatric symptoms,and is safe.
