Exploration and Reflection on the Cultivation of Innovative Public Health Talents Based on Innovation and Entrepre-neurship Training Program for College Students
Under the new strategic background,the development of public health field puts forward higher requirements for the innovation ability of today's public health talents.At present,the undergraduate education of public health and preventive medi-cine in colleges and universities has many problems in terms of goal orientation,innovative consciousness,innovative practical training,and incentive mechanism,which seriously affects the cultivation of innovative talents in public health.For this reason,the School of Public Health of Sun Yat-sen University(Shenzhen)centers on the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,takes improving the quality of talent cultivation as the core,and makes sharp reforms in terms of the creation of an atmosphere of innovation and practice,the cultivation of the willingness to innovate and the ability to innovate at the teachers'end and the students'end,and the improvement of the support conditions and policy guarantee,etc.,and has achieved certain re-sults and experiences,which provide some new explorations and reflections for the cultivation of the students'innovation ability.
