The Effect of Enhanced Rehabilitation after Surgery Concept Combined with Individualized Functional Exercises in Postoperative Patients with Posterior Rotation External Rotation Type Ⅳ Ankle Fracture
Objective:To investigate the application effect of enhanced rehabilitation after surgery(ERAS)concept combined with personalized functional exercise in postoperative patients with posterior rotation external rotation type Ⅳ ankle fracture, and to provide a basis for promoting the patients'postoperative ankle functional recovery.Methods:86 patients with posterior rotation external rotation type Ⅳ degree ankle fractures admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the joint group according to the admission time, with 43 cases in each group. The control group implemented conventional nursing intervention, and the joint group implemented ERAS concept combined with personalized functional exercise nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The ankle function recovery, ankle mobility, quality of life(World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief Form[WHOQOL-BREF]score)and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the excellent rate of ankle function recovery in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.957,P<0.05).After the intervention, the ankle plantarflexion and dorsiflexion mobility was significantly greater in the combined group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.223,3.600,P<0.05).After the intervention, the somatic and composite dimension scores of the combined group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.150,4.867,P<0.05).After care, the complication rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.914,P<0.05).Conclusion:The ERAS concept combined with personalized functional exercises applied to postoperative patients with posteriorly rotated external rotation type Ⅳ degree ankle fractures can promote patients'postoperative ankle functional recovery, improve ankle mobility, improve patients'quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
