Construction of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Program Based on Nursing Quality Evaluation Indexes and its Effect on Post-laparoscopic Rehabilitation of Intestinal Cancer Patients
Objective:To investigate the effect of a rapid rehabilitation nursing program constructed on the basis of nursing quality evaluation indexes on the rehabilitation of bowel cancer patients after laparoscopy.Methods:92 patients with bowel cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected for the study and grouped according to the time of inclusion.Postoperative recovery indexes, nutritional indexes,SAS scores,SDS scores, pain scores, and complication rates were compared between the control group(n=46,conventional rehabilitation care)and the study group(n=46,rapid rehabilitation care constructed on the basis of nursing quality evaluation indexes). Results:After the care, compared with the control group, the time to first anal defecation, time to first bowel movement, time to first food, time to get out of bed,and length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group, the Alb,PA,and Tf levels were higher in the study group, the SAS scores and SDS scores were lower in the study group, and the degree of postoperative pain reduction was better in the study group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.028,8.444,21.556,9.191,6.424,3.490,7.151,6.865,4.635,3.990,6.663,6.508,3.161,P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the study group and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.440,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing constructed on the basis of nursing quality evaluation indexes can promote the early recovery of bowel cancer patients after surgery, and improve the pain level, psychological mood and nutritional status of the patients, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
