Evaluation of the Effect of Rehabilitation Care Measures in Nebulized Inhalation Therapy for Pediatric Wheezing Bronchiolitis
Objective:To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing measures in nebulized inhalation therapy for pediatric wheezing bronchiolitis and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:108 cases of pediatric wheezing bronchitis chil-dren treated with nebulized inhalation admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study sub-jects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The children in the control group used conventional nursing interventions, and the children in the observation group used rehabilitation nursing interventions.Clinical symptom improvement time, nursing care satisfaction of children's guardians, and children's adherence to treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The disappearance time of cough and spu-tum,the disappearance time of chest tightness and wheezing, and the disappearance time of lung sounds of the children in the ob-servation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.748,5.665,6.512,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.860,P<0.05).The compliance of children in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.723,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediat-ric wheezing bronchitis nebulized inhalation treatment using rehabilitation nursing intervention can shorten the time of disappearance of cough and sputum, chest tightness and wheezing, and disappearance of lung sounds, and improve the satisfaction of the care of the guardian of the child and the compliance of the child.
