Effect of Pelvic Floor Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Comprehensive Bladder Care Management on Patients with Neurogenic Bladder in Spinal Cord Injury
Objective:To study the effectiveness of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with comprehensive bladder care management for the treatment of neurogenic bladder in spinal cord injury.Methods:60 patients with neurogenic bladder from spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was managed with comprehensive bladder care, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive bladder care manage-ment combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation. The bladder function index, urodynamic index, voiding symptom score and quality of life score of patients in both groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results:The average daily number of voiding, mean daily single voided volume, maximum daily single voided volume, urodynamic indicators and quality of life scores were significantly higher after treatment compared with pre-treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.800,26.900,28.600,10.500,11.200,10.400,20.500,6.210,14.800,14.800,13.800,11.500,17.600,P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated bladder care management combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation is of great clinical value in improving bladder function and quality of life in patients with neurogenic bladder.
