The preventive effect of Clustered Nursing Combined with Clinical Pathway on Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Laparoscopic Appendectomy in Elderly
Objective:To explore the effect of clustered nursing combined with clinical pathways on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after laparoscopic appendectomy in the elderly.Methods:56 patients admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic appendectomy from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected for the study and were divided into two groups according to a random number table. The 28 cases in the control group were given clinical care pathway intervention, and the 28 cases in the observation group were combined with cluster care intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative complication rate, length of stay and first time out of bed,and improvement in dysphoria were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall complication rate was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(χ2=4.308,4.082,P<0.05).The observation group had shorter hospital stay and first postoperative bed time than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.022,5.484,P<0.05).After care,HAMA scores and HAMD scores were lower in both groups than before care, and both observation groups were lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=4.456,4.158,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical care pathway combined with cluster nursing intervention for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative lower limb deep vein thrombosis, shorten patients'first postoperative time out of bed and hospital stay, and reduce or eliminate patients'negative perioperative emotions.
