Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotion Combined with Routine Nursing Intervention on Patients with Superficial Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of combining conventional nursing interventions with Chinese medicine emotion and spirit on patients with superficial esophageal cancer, and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:74 cases of superficial esophageal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into group A and group B according to the different care modalities, with 37 cases in each group.Group B used conventional nursing interventions, and group A implemented TCM emotional care interventions on the basis of conventional care. The pain scores, psychological status,self-efficacy,sleep quality and quality of life scores of patients in both groups were compared before and after care. Results:After care, pain, psychological status, and self-efficacy scores were lower in both groups than before care, and group A was significantly lower than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.776,2.447,2.571,P<0.05).Sleep quality scores were lower in both groups than before care, and lower in group A than in group B,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.262,2.179,2.145,2.131,P<0.05).After care, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were significantly higher than before care, and group A was significantly higher than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.303,2.045,2.037,2.101,P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining conventional nursing interventions with TCM affective medicine in patients with superficial esophageal cancer was able to reduce patients'pain level, improve their psychological status and self-efficacy,and thus improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
