Study of the Effect of Transbronchoscopic Interventional Freezing Modality on the Sputum Conversion Rate of Pa-tients with Bronchial Tuberculosis
Objective:To investigate the effect of transbronchoscopic interventional freezing modalities on sputum conversion rates in patients with bronchial tuberculosis.Methods:200 cases of bronchial tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=100,bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy)and the control group(n=100,conventional regimen treatment). The treatment effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, sputum bacterial conversion was better in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.054,P<0.05).The time for symptoms to sub-side was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 24.055,60.017,16.054,11.813,P<0.05).The blood gas level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.801,16.715,9.348,P<0.05).The occurrence of complications in the two groups of patients was better in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=7.354,P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy for bronchial tuberculosis patients can effectively improve their clinical symptoms, increase the rate of sputum bacterial conversion, shorten the treatment time, improve lung function and blood gas level, with less complication rate, safe and reliable.
