Application of Stratified Nursing Under the Score of Neurological Deficit in the Rescue of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective:To investigate the value of stratified care under the Neurological Impairment Score(NIHSS)in the ambu-lance care of patients with acute stroke(ACI),and to provide a basis for the clinical care of ACI patients.Methods:86 ACI pa-tients admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into con-trol group and stratified group according to the admission time, with 43 cases in each group. The control group implemented con-ventional nursing interventions, and the stratified group implemented stratified nursing interventions under the NIHSS score on the basis of conventional nursing. The emergency treatment time,ICU stay time, hospitalization time,NIHSS score, daily living ability[Barthel Index(BI)scale score],quality of life[Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)score],and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in emergency treatment time between the two groups(t=1.398,P>0.05).The ICU stay and hospitalization time of the stratified group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.173,4.551,P<0.05).After care, the stratified group had lower NIHSS scores and higher BI scores than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.836,2.309,P<0.05).After care, the scores of all dimensions in the SIS scale were higher in the stratified group than in the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(t=4.545,4.935,3.740,5.916,P<0.05).The complication rate in the stratified group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.440,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of strati-fied care under NIHSS score in ACI patients'ambulance can promote patients'rehabilitation, improve their neurological function, improve their quality of life, and reduce the complication rate.
