Effects of Rehabilitation Nursing Care Under the Fast Track Surgery Model on Postoperative Functional Exercise Compliance and Self-efficacy in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective:To investigate the effects of rehabilitation nursing care under the fast-track surgery(FTS)model on postoperative functional exercise adherence and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF),and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:96 cases of elderly FNF patients admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the conventional group and the FTS group according to the admission time, with 48 cases in each group. The conventional group implemented conventional nursing interventions, and the FTS group implemented rehabilitation nursing interventions under the FTS model on the basis of conventional nursing. The clinical efficacy, functional exercise compliance, hip function(Harris Hip Function Score),self-efficacy([GSES]score),and quality of life(Brief Health Status Scale[SF-36]score)were compared between the two groups. Results:The time to get out of bed, fracture healing time, and hospitalization time of the FTS group were shorter than those of the conventional group more significantly, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.722,8.612,5.474,P<0.05).The excellent rate of adherence to functional exercise in the FTS group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.800,P<0.05).After the intervention, the Harris score and GSES score of the FTS group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.542,2.352,P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of physical functioning, mental health, and social functioning dimensions of the SF-36 scale in the FTS group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.014,2.010,2.534,P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing care under the FTS model applied to elderly FNF patients can enhance their postoperative functional exercise compliance, increase their sense of self-efficacy,accelerate the recovery of hip function, improve their quality of life, and speed up the rehabilitation process.
