Nursing Analysis of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in the Puerperium After Cesarean Delivery
Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical care for women with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of the lower extremi-ties during the puerperium after cesarean section. Methods:The general data of 38 women who developed DVT during the puerpe-rium after cesarean section in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Maternal coagulation was observed before and after the in-tervention.Results:After nursing intervention treatment, maternal Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),Prothrombin Time(PT),Thrombin time(TT),and Fibrinogen(FIB)improved compared to the post-intervention period, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=1.381,0.864,0.075,0.215,P<0.05).Clinical symptoms were effectively relieved and there were no other post-partum complications. Conclusion:Detailed, targeted and systematic clinical nursing intervention model can significantly enhance the clinical cure efficiency of DVT symptoms in women in puerperium after cesarean section, improve the efficiency of clinical nursing care, and play a good role in alleviating DVT in puerperium.
