Analysis of the Application Effect of Early Warning Strategy Combined with Refined Nursing Intervention in Chil-dren with Pediatric Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease
Objective:To explore the application effect of early warning strategies combined with refined nursing interventions in pediatric hand, foot and mouth disease and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:102 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into 49 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the observation group according to the different nursing models. The control group used conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group used early warning strategy combined with refined nursing intervention. The improvement of symptom subsidence time, hospitalization time, complication and serious illness incidence, family care satisfaction and blood indexes(creatine kinase isoenzyme[CK-MB],creatine kinase[CK],neuron-specific enolase[NSE]and neutrophil value)were compared between the two groups of children. Results:The time of symptom subsidence and hospitalization time of the children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.748,3.273,6.291,11.054,P<0.05).The complication rate and serious illness rate of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 4.979,4.537,P<0.05).After the intervention,CK-MB,CK,NSE and neutrophil values were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.258,2.616,3.519,3.776,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of early warning strategies combined with refined nursing interventions for children with pediatric hand, foot and mouth disease can effectively shorten the symptom subsidence time and hospitalization time, improve the blood indexes of the children, and reduce the incidence of complications.
