Clinical Practice of Gratitude Topology-Construct Theory in Refined Nursing Care for Patients Undergoing Extra-corporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the clinical application of the gratitude topology-construction theory in the refined care of patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:116 patients who were treated with extra-corporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the intervention group(58 cases)and the control group(58 cases)by the method of random number table. The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing care, and the patients in the intervention group adopted refined nursing care based on the gratitude topology-construction theory.Postoperative recovery(removal of urinary catheter, getting out of bed and hos-pitalization time),complication occurrence, postoperative pain, stone clearance rate at 1-month follow-up,negative emotions before and after nursing care and nursing care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative rehabilita-tion of all patients in the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.218,6.898,7.021,P<0.05).The difference in stone clearance rate and satisfaction with care between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.209,4.921,P<0.05).Patients in the intervention group had significantly lower VAS scores at all postoperative time points, with statistically significant differences(t=2.379,4.277,11.069,11.921,P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower after the intervention and were lower in the intervention group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.004,7.045,P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing intervention based on the gratitude topology-construction theory applied to patients undergoing extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy can improve stone removal rate, reduce postoperative pain, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote postoperative recovery as soon as possible, which is conducive to improving the patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
