O臂导航技术在颈椎手术中的优缺点

O臂导航技术作为一种新型的计算机辅助导航技术,已逐渐被运用于各种颈椎手术.该技术不但能提供清晰的可视化结构,增加颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入准确性,降低手术难度的同时缩短手术时间,而且能弥补术前导航的不足,也能避免术者的辐射暴露.但O臂导航技术仍存在短板.相较于该技术的不足,增加颈椎手术精确性更为重要,故在颈椎手术的运用前景非常广阔.
Advantages and Disadvantages of the O-arm Navigation Technique in Cervical Spine Surgery
O-arm navigation technology,as a new computer-assisted navigation technology,has been gradually utilized in vari-ous cervical spine surgeries.This technique not only provides clear visualization of the structures,increases the accuracy of cervi-cal pedicle screw placement,and reduces the difficulty of the procedure while shortening the operative time,but also compensates for the lack of preoperative navigation and also avoids radiation exposure to the operator.However,the O-arm navigation technique still has shortcomings.Compared with the shortcomings of this technology,increasing the accuracy of cervical spine surgery is con-sidered to be more important,so the prospect of using it in cervical spine surgery is very promising.
