Study on the Application Effect of Eucalyptus-pinol Enteric Capsule in the Postendoscopic Treatment of Patients with Chronic Sinusitis
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of eucalyptus pinnatifida enteric capsule applied in the postendoscopic treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods:96 cases of CRS patients admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the touch-ball method.The control group(48 cases)was treated with conventional basic treatment,and the observation group(48 cases)was treated with eucalyptus-pinol enteric capsule.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.008,P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.608,11.495,14.751,P＜0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group were all significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.250,7.419,8.380,10.626,8.301,P＜0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2= 5.031,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CRS patients with eucalyptus pinnatifida enteric capsule after endoscopy can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and be safe and reliable.
