Analysis of the Effect of Adopting Digital OT Training System and Occupational Therapy Intervention on Upper Limb Function and ADL in Stroke Patients
Objective:To investigate the effects of a digital OT training system in combination with occupational therapy on au-tonomy of daily life(ADL)scores and upper extremity function in stroke disease.Methods:68 cases of stroke patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group took occupational therapy, and the observation group took occupational therapy combined with digital OT training system therapy. The rehabilitation effect, training cooperation,ADL score, limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer)score,neurological function(NIHSS)score, cognitive function(MoCA)score, and healthy quality of life(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical rehabilitation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.100,P<0.05).The training cooperation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.220,P<0.05).After the intervention, the ADL score and upper limb function score of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.035,3.475,P<0.05).Af-ter the intervention, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MoCA score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.561,2.552,P<0.05).After the interven-tion,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.457,7.053,4.750,3.534,7.755,3.782,7.559,4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the com-bined intervention of digital OT training system and occupational therapy in stroke patients is obvious, which can improve their cog-nitive and neurological functions, and the recovery of their upper limb functions is obvious after reasonable training, which im-proves the patients'ADL,quality of life, and the degree of cooperation in training.
