Cognitive and Behavioral Nursing Combined with Precision Dynamic Extended Care in Neurological Patients with Refractory Epilepsy
Objective:To explore the use of cognitive and behavioral care combined with precision dynamic extended care in neurological patients with refractory epilepsy.Methods:102 patients with refractory epilepsy in the department of neurology admit-ted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(51 cases)and the conventional group(51 cases). The conventional group implemented precise dynamic extended nursing care, and the experi-mental group carried out cognitive and behavioral nursing care on the basis of the conventional group, and the nursing time was 3 months in both groups.Self-efficacy evaluation scale(GSES),number of seizures and quality of life before and after care were com-pared between the two groups during the care period. Results:After care, the GSES scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.152,P<0.05).The number of seizures during care in the experimental group was less than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.346,P<0.001).After care, the quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.744,P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive and behavioral care combined with precision dynamic extended care in neurological patients with refractory epilepsy improves self-efficacy,reduces the number of sei-zures,and also improves patients'quality of life.
