Nursing Study on the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease with Qi and Yin Deficiency Evidence by Adding Subtractions of Yiqi and Rejuvenating Pulse Soup Combined with Metoprolol Succinate Extended-release Tab-lets
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the addition and subtraction of Yiqi Fuxin Tang combined with metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease with qi and yin deficiency.Methods:80 cases of coronary arrhythmia patients attending the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the randomized single-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Fuxin Tang Plus combined with metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,blood lipid index level,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were counted.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.114,P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.171,11.068,9.319,8.485,6.869,7.153,P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of lipid indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.304,3.822,9.631,4.685,P＜0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=59.397,114.000,183.848,56.612,44.714,47.054,70.502,5.723,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Fuxin Tang Plus Reduction and Metoprolol Succinate Delayed-Re-lease Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of coronary heart disease arrhythmia in qi and yin deficiency,alleviate patients'clini-cal symptoms,reduce blood lipids,and improve the quality of life,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
