Nursing Care of 1 Case with Dorsal Pedicle Parasitism Ⅱ Combined with Free Flap Reimplantation in a Dissected Palm of the Hand
Objective:To discuss the nursing method of the dorsal pedicle parasitism Ⅱ combined with free flap replantation for palm dissection,and to summarize the nursing experience,with a view to providing lessons and references for clinical specialty nursing.Methods:The medical records of 1 patient admitted to the hospital in September 2021 with complete disarticulation of the left metacarpal from the proximal ends of the 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th metacarpal bones and severe disfigurement of the proximal tissues of the limb were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment was carried out using stage Ⅱ reimplantation of left dorsalis pedis ectopic fosterage.Effective nursing interventions were implemented for different stages of the postoperative period after parasitism and replantation,including targeted nursing measures such as refined symptomatic management,procedural analgesia oriented to sedation goals,focused psychological care,and rehabilitation exercises intervened by collaborative care model.Results:The replanted palm survived well and recovered function satisfactorily after systematic rehabilitation training.Conclusion:Through high-quality nursing management,refinement of the nursing program,and the courage to innovate to carry out special nursing care,it can reflect the professional value of nurses and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
