Clinical Effect Analysis of Multislice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen
Objective:To analyze the clinical effectiveness of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:120 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects, who were diagnosed with multilayer spiral CT scans after admission to the hospital, and the features of plain scanning characteristics and dynamic enhancement scans were observed in detail.Multiple techniques such as Image reconstruction(MPR),Volume Rendering Technology(VRT),Maximum Density Projection(MIP)and Curved Planar Reformation(CPR)were jointly applied to perform 2D reconstruction and 3D reconstruction of the images obtained in the scans to analyze the effectiveness of multislice spiral CT diagnosis using surgical results as the gold standard. Results:There were 29 obstructive lesions,17 perforated lesions,22 hemorrhagic disorders,49 inflammatory disorders, and 3 ischemic disease lesions confirmed by surgery. The diagnosis of 116 cases of acute abdomen was confirmed by multislice CT diagnosis with a diagnostic accuracy of 96.67%.The diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%for both obstructive and perforating lesions, and 95.45%,95.92%,and 66.67%for hemorrhagic, inflammatory, and ischemic disease lesions, respectively. Conclusion:Clinical diagnosis of patients with acute abdomen using multislice spiral CT diagnosis, with high accuracy, can provide reliable guidance for clinical treatment basis.
