Observation on the Application Effect of Team Life Skills Training Model in the Rehabilitation Period of Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of the team life skills training(SST)model in the rehabilitation period of pa-tients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:60 cases of first-episode schizophrenia recovery patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into experimental group and control group by using the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used conventional mental health education intervention, and the experimental group used the team SST model for intervention. The scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),Symptom Self-assessment Scale(SCL-90),and Social Functioning Scale(SSPI)before and after the inter-vention were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the experimental group had higher PANSS scores in all dimensions than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.480,2.193,3.958,P<0.05).After the intervention, the SCL-90 scores of each dimension were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.840,7.752,7.530,3.623,6.530,6.003,5.308,2.364,P<0.05).After the inter-vention,the scores of SSPI dimensions were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(t=5.128,6.571,7.272,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients in the recovery period of first-episode schizophre-nia,the effect of team SST model intervention is more significant, which can effectively improve the patients'executive ability and social functioning, improve the patients'intellectual level, reduce the patients'schizophrenic symptoms, and is conducive to pro-moting the patients'recovery.
