Effect of Applying Behavioral Analysis Therapy Combined with Structured Teaching in Children's Autism Rehabilitation Therapy
Objective:To explore the effects of a combined intervention using behavior analytic therapy and structured teaching methods in the rehabilitation process of childhood autism. Methods:Children with childhood autism treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group implemented the structured teaching model intervention, and the experimental group applied behavior analysis therapy jointly on the basis of the control group. The total clinical effectiveness rate, children's ABC score and CARS score and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results:The total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 70.83%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.800,P<0.05).The ABC score and CARS score of the children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.992,7.088,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the families of the children in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 79.17%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.317,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of behavioral analysis therapy combined with structured teaching in children's autism rehabilitation therapy can not only enhance the total clinical effectiveness rate of the children, improve the children's ABC scores and CARS scores, but also improve the satisfaction rate of the families.
