目的:探讨回馈式健康教育干预在子宫肌瘤术后患者中的应用效果,为临床护理提供依据.方法:选取2019年5月—2021年5月漯河市中心医院收治的106例行子宫肌瘤术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各53例.对照组采用传统健康教育干预,观察组采用回馈式健康教育干预.比较两组患者心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、健康教育认知度、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分]、遵医行为情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.738,P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者健康教育认知度问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.927、12.717、9.621,P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者ESCA各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.032、13.204、13.532、5.814、20.321,P<0.05).观察组患者遵医行为量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.341、8.869、12.268、7.841、3.704、7.708,P<0.05).结论:回馈式健康教育干预在子宫肌瘤术后患者中应用,能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高患者健康教育认知度、自我护理能力,改善遵医行为.
Effect of Feedback Health Education Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Hysteromyoma
Objective:To explore the application effect of feedback health education intervention in postoperative patients with uterine fibroids and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:106 patients with uterine leiomyosarcoma surgery admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group used traditional health education interventions,and the observation group implemented feedback health education interventions.The psychological state[Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(SAS)score],health education cognition,self-care ability[Self-Care Ability Determina-tion Scale(ESCA)score],and medical compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the SAS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.738,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the health education awareness ques-tionnaire of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(t=5.927,12.717,9.621,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the ESCA scale and the total score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t= 6.032,13.204,13.532,5.814,20.321,P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the Compliance Behavior Scale of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.341,8.869,12.268,7.841,3.704,7.708,P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedback health education intervention applied in postoperative patients with uterine fibroids can alleviate patients'anxiety,improve patients'health education awareness and self-care ability,and promote medical compliance behavior.
