Study of In-hospital and Out-of-hospital Care of Patients with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Under the 4C Concept
Objective:To analyze the effect of in-hospital-out-of-hospital directed nursing care under the 4C concept applied to patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:88 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the study group(n=44)and control group(n=44).The control group implemented a routine nursing program, and the study group implemented an in-hospital-out-of-hospi-tal directed nursing program under the 4C concept.Ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were mea-sured before the intervention and at the end of the 3rd month after the intervention. The Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS)and Self-Assessment Scale for Depression(SDS)were used to evaluate negative affective status, and the Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)was used to evaluate quality of life. Results:After the intervention, the hs-CRP and IL-6 values of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.147,15.587,P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(t=14.857,12.147,P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.743,9.987,8.527,9.879,11.368,13.258,14.789,13.254,P<0.05).Conclusion:The 4C concept of in-hospital-out-of-hospital guided care applied to patients with primary nephrotic syn-drome improves the body's inflammatory response, and relieves their internal anxiety and depression,so as to improve the in-dividual's quality of life.
