Analysis of the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Treatment Effect and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Se-vere Myocarditis
Objective:To investigate the impact of evidence-based nursing on the therapeutic effects and nursing satisfaction of patients with severe myocarditis, and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:64 cases of severe myocarditis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group used conventional care, and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing interventions. The treatment effects, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.143,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=1.216,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.379,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evi-dence-based nursing interventions for patients with severe myocarditis can significantly enhance the treatment effect, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
