Effect of Focused Solution Care Model on Postoperative Infection Prevention and Self-Care in Breast Cancer Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of focused solution care model in preventing postoperative infection and improving self-care ability of breast cancer patients, and to provide a basis for clinical care. Methods:The medical records of 137 breast cancer patients treated in the hospital from October 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into 69 cases in the conventional group and 68 cases in the focused group using the random number table method. The conventional group used conventional nursing intervention after surgery, and the focused group used focused solution nursing model intervention. The self-care ability, serum inflammatory factor, blood flow change indexes, and mobility of the affected limbs were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing care, the scores of all dimensions of self-care ability of the focus group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t= 3.430,5.112,3.529,P<0.05).After care, the serum inflammatory factor levels of the focus group were all significantly lower than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.377,2.688,4.990,P<0.05).After the care, the erythrocyte pressure volume, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the focus group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.377,2.688,4.692,P<0.05).After care, the scores of anterior-posterior extension,anterior-posterior rotation of the affected limb, washing of the affected limb, and holding and grasping objects of the affected limb of the focus group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=24.078,32.434,28.327,29.166,20.112,P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative application of focused solution care model intervention in breast cancer patients can enhance patients'self-care awareness, strengthen self-care skills and abilities, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve hemodynamics and blood circulation, improve the mobility of the affected limbs, and promote the healing of surgical incisions as soon as possible.
